The limited warranty set forth below is given by Edifier Enterprises Canada Inc. (Edifier North America) in the United States and Canada with respect to the Edifier brand multimedia speaker systems, computer speakers and headphones with this limited warranty, when purchased and used in the United States or Canada.
Your edifier speaker, when delivered to you in a new condition in its original packaging, is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase, defective parts or a defective speaker returned to Edifier North America, or its authorized service provider, as applicable, and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired with new or comparable rebuilt parts or exchanged for a refurbished Edifier speaker, as determined by Edifier North America, or the authorized service provider. Your edifier headphone or earphone, when delivered to you in a new condition in its original packaging, is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, defective parts or a defective earphone or headphone returned to Edifier North America, or its authorized service provider, as applicable, and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired with new or comparable rebuilt parts or exchanged for a refurbished Edifier earphone or headphone, as determined by Edifier North America, or the authorized service provider.
This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to Edifier speaker systems, headphones and any other warranties, either expressed or implied, are invalid. Neither Edifier nor any authorized Edifier reseller is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of the speakers. Edifier’s obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction of failure as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of the speaker systems with any equipment for which they were not intended. This warranty will not cover any consequences, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the loss of life, profit, and any other losses resulting from the sales, installation or use of the product.
